The traditional Chinese Spring Festival is coming, which is the longest holiday in China, and this year we will be off for holiday from February 4th to February 14th, and will be back for work on Feb.15th. All companies in China will be off for holiday, including taobao sellers and domestic delivery companies. The order processing will be suspended during the holiday. Our schedule is as follows for this year.
From January 23th, we will begin to use Shunfeng/ SF as the domestic delivery method to make sure parcels can arrive at us safely before our holiday. SF delivery is the fastest domestic delivery in China and the fee for first 1KG is 23cny. Why we use SF is because normal domestic delivery will be slower and slower at the end of nular calendar year, and they will stop collecting parcels from late January (BTW., What is Shunfeng?).
From January 27th, we will stop comfirming orders. All orders placed before Jan.27th can all be confirmed. For some custom-made cosplay orders which take long to make, we still can confirm but will be shipped after our holiday.
From January 29th, we will stop purchasing. All orders paid before 29th can be purchased.
From Feb.3th, we will stop shipping. Only orders paid before Feb.3rd can be shipped, and the ones paid after that will be shipped when we come back on Feb.15th.
