The button "no after paid" means the item is out of stock when we are going to buy it, or after we buy it then seller reports out of stock. For such items, we will refund you items cost, domestic delivery fee and related service fee. If there are many items from same seller, and only part of them is out of stock, then domestic delivery fee will not be refunded as seller still will charge it under this condition.
